Become a mentor
The best work happens when experience meets fresh talent. At Digital Talents, mentors guide the next generation of digital professionals and look after the quality of the projects the talents work on.

A mentor at Digital Talents guides the talents' work and checks quality at the key stages of each project. Your role is therefore directly linked to the quality of what the client receives.
You work with talents who already know the fundamentals of the field. Your job isn't to teach from scratch, but to give direction, raise the standard and help ground the work in data and goals.
Mentoring is a two-way relationship. You pass on knowledge while staying in touch with current tools, new approaches and the energy of people just entering the profession.
Our talents come from Algebra Bernays University, and you can also meet our team and mentors. If you're more interested in joining as a talent, see how to become a digital talent.
